Floor noise

We have a noise in our floor that just appeared in our 2012 montana mountaineer 295rkd. If you step in kitchen area it will ‘thud’ ( for lack of better description) and then it will do the same in the front of the living area when you step there. It will only do this once in each area until you step at the opposite area and then it will ‘thud’ again which leads me to believe something came loose under the floor ? Or maybe it’s the ductwork itself? It is near where the ductwork is . Has anyone have any similar issue? We just returned from a trip with some rough roads/bridges.
