Legacy brake pads.

I changed the brake pads on my 2020 Montana legacy 3120RL. After the 1st One it didn't seem that big of an issue. I would figure 15 minutes a tire. Mine had Kodiak brake pads.
I just used a C clamp, and loosened the bleed screws put a Pan under it and pushed the caliper back. From then on the it was EZ. The pads just pop in-and-out. I used an air impact from harbor freight and a bottle jack. Plus 7/16 socket and a screw driver. Use jack handle as a cheater. I hope this was usefull. Im 65 with a bad back, hernia, arthritis, 2 torn rotators, knee replacement. Call me lucky!
What I don't have is a lack of willpower to see our beautiful country!

What I want to know is how many miles did you put on in 2 years to burn through a set of brake pads??
I had mine replaced this past summer, but 6 year and 50K miles.

Those brake pads I think are the same as a 90's Oldsmobile and obtainable from an auto parts store at a decent price. Can someone out there verify (or refute) this and if it is true what specific car are they the same as?

This is the info I have:
Kodiak Brake Pads
(KODIAK 7k-8k DISC Ceramic Friction Pads, DBC-250-CERM-PAD)
Universal Part Number: MKD215.
And yes they are an older GM Pad
