Hanging Fishing Rod Holders
I have a 2015 3402RL. Has anyone hung fishing rod holders from the aluminum frame in the basement?
I am guessing that all the wiring goes through the center that is covered. Any help would be appreciated as I do not want any cut wires.

That's how my fishing rods are carried - just be careful when drilling pilot hole

Mine are mounted on the ceiling with golf club tubes and conduit U clamps. Works great, never any issues and utilizes dead space.

I have a 3791RD with the pull out tray in the back. I call it the "garage". I hung a rod holder on the ceiling from the aluminum framing that holds 8 rods. Works pretty well, but bouncing on some rough roads had made them fall from time to time. I'm probably going to replace them with pvc pipe instead.

I made a rack the attaches to the basement ceiling ribs. On those I have my fishing rods, flags and anything that I might need and will store that way. I mounted two of them, one on each side and sprayed them with black flex full rubber so items don’t move to much during travel. This works for us.

Yes, I bought some rod holders online thru Amazon and all of our rods hang in the basement. We've never had a problem with them or had any issues with the rods.

I bought two Valterra sewer hose holders and mounted them on the ceiling of the basement. You can extend these to the full 94" width and open from either side. I have to take off the reels but they hold all my rods and a few ham antennas too.
Best, Mike

I use a PVC expandable sewer hose tube hung from the ceiling. Full open, goes from side to side
