Air conditioner won't blow cold

My rear air conditioner, which is the bedroom in my 2019 381TH blows but isn't cold. What should I be looking at to fix it?

Any hints welcome. I'll also do a Google search

Can you hear the compressor running?

We have to set the bedroom A/C a few degrees cooler than the main A/C to make the compressor kick in. We have a dual zone thermostat.
