I'm slowly getting use to the new way to sign up.

Question, would it be possible to, for those of us that might be forgetful?

Sorry not quite sure what you meant, it looks like part of your message got deleted.

If you signed up for something, you should have received an email from Google with all your sign-up details. It would have been sent to the email address you entered when filling out the form.

With the new sign-up method, is there a way to see if I signed up or who I might be working with?

You should have received a confirmation email from 'Google Forms' when you signed up for something.
As for knowing who else has signed up, it will be up to the individual coordinators to decide if they wish to post a list of names.

Not to sound stupid…does that mean an email comes in as the sender “google forms”? I’m a dinosaur!

There are no stupid questions (well maybe some, but not this one ).
Yes, at least on my system the confirmation email came in with Sender 'Google Forms'.
