Must of been built on a Wednesday
I just completed a complete review of my unit and was totally pleased with the workmanship. Electrical, plumbing, heating, tank valves, vents, heat pump, a/c, refer, stove, hot water all in fine working order. I just wish they could make a water pump that was not so loud. Overall, great work Keystone!!

Good to hear your initial inspection was mostly positive. Just yesterday after 14 years of putting up with a noisy water pump I went after it with vigor. When we first got the rig I had replaced the first section of pex with a softer hose at the in and out fittings on the pump. Yesterday I found around the water pump and up through the floor the Amish Craftsman had used a generous amount of electrical tie wraps around a lot of the pex tubing. Many of them banjo string tight. They even tie wrapped them to the gas line feeding the furnace. I cut them all off. Placed the foam pipe sleeve any where the pipes would touch each other or anything else, then tie wrapped foam sleeves to hold in place or together. Amazing how much it quieted the pump.

Start checking every fitting for tightness.

Make sure you did not leave the valve in "Fill" position. The pump will cycle every few minutes if you do.

Our only issue with our 2017 when it was new was that most of the connections on the back of the convienence center and one on the pump all were about a quarter of a turn loose.

That's what I will be checking next, but what is this convenience center you speak of? Thanks

It's where your water inlet and other controls are located. You'll have to take the basement wall off to get behind it and to the water pump, but it's only a few screws.

Great positive report on QC. Refreshing.
I would still recommend checking all the plumbing connections under sinks. I found several not tight, though not leaking.
It's a constant adventure with these. After three years yesterday I found a piece of trim loose over one of our slides and had to put a screw in it.
But wait...it's the same thing in my S&B
