Key tv splitter

I've been told that the tv splitter in my 2023 373RD may be bad causing a signal problem with the WIFI. Any body know where it is located? Thanks in advance.

A 2023 should have KeyTV. It's a module that feeds and splits all signals. It's typically located in the wet bay. Check to see if it has power. The blue light should be on. This is a common problem. If it has power then remove it and check all of the connections. If it doesn't have power there is a fuse somewhere. I'm not sure of it's location. Maybe someone here knows. It might be behind the unit. You should also remove all of the wall plates and check those connections as well.

KeyTV has had its issues. Ours has served us well after ensuring all connections are tight and of good quality. Informational links below from the MOC Files section. Good luck and happy camping

More than likely it is a loose connection or wired wrong.

Mine didn't work either, I had so many connections that weren't even hand tight and one cable was just wired wrong behind the tv
