Interior lighting ideas

We are looking at replacing some of the light fixtures that came with our Montana to a more country feel, like above the island and dining table puck lights you cannot reach while seated.
Also replace the puck lights above the headboard of the bed to a suttle reading touch light.Any ideas you have or on line sources would be greatly appreciated.
