New Owners of 2023 Montana BP

Hello Everyone,

My wife and I are proud owners of a 2023 Montana BP 5th wheel. Looking forward to participating in the forum. Well, have my first question. We took delivery of our Montana about a week ago so getting to know it.

Tried to use the washing machine but no water flow. Turned on the valves behind the washer but no luck. Is there another shut off under the RV? Thanks.

Mod note: Moved to new stand alone thread.

Scott,

Welcome to the forum!

Do you have water following to everything else in your rig? There should not be another valve.

What is a BP?

Thank you. We have water in all faucets. The BP stands for "Butler Pantry". The other FL models have a 1/2 bath-toilet off the kitchen. We have a nice closet for storage = Butler Pantry.

Sounds like the problem could be at the washer. I would check for blockage at the shutoff valves and the hoses themselves and make sure I am getting power to the machine as a first step.

There are no other shutoffs on the washer line other than the spigots at the machine. Is there water at the spigots (both hot and cold) when you removes the hoses? I assume these are the quarter turn type spigots? Are the washer line kinked?

I'm just guessing, but is it possible that there are valves in the lines behind the wet bay? Not sure why there would be but just a thought.

Thanks. As it turns out, it was the washer. Just needed to turn off the washer and restart.
