Potential Roof issue

We are full timing and moving frequently and potentially have a roof issue I am curious if I can fix myself. We have a brand new montana 385br. Approximately above the exit door it appears that the plywood on the roof has disconnected. The material that covers the entire roof is still holding strong but I am curious could I remove the screws on the black horizontal piece that appears to hold down the material on top and raise or peel the material up so I could shoot some screws into the plywood. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks
