I would like to see some changes in the following...
1. Relocate the porch light away from the door, how about more towards the center of the patio awning. The light above the door does not light the entire patio awning space. Also it brings the bugs right to the door just waiting to enter the coach when someone opens the door.
2. Place a electric outlet in the watercloset. This would allow for a small nite light instead of using the "bright" 12V light overhead. Also would allow for a Glade Plug in air freshner to keep the watercloset smelling fresh 24/7.
3. Install a light at the inside entry step as well as the stairs going into the bedroom. (Just like you did in the Cambridge)
4. Add a small light under the entry door to light up the entry stairs at night. Would help keep the bugs away and would not be bright as the porch light or scare lights would be. (remember the neighbors in the rv park)
5. Install an electric outlet in the basement.
6. Add a Fullbody paint job to your options list.

I agree with your list.
I added an outlet in the bathroom, just tie into the one on the other side of the wall, be careful, there is a plastic pipe vent there. I use a Green small nightlight.
The light in the inside step- I used a license plate light, shines on the stair well, tied to Two Amber clearance lights for the step.
I installed a switch on the metal panel in the hall-steps area.
