A little tire advice on a 2018 chevy 2500

I am going to replace Goodyear wranglers 265/60 R20, 10ply that came new on my truck and I am looking at Michelin defender Itx M/S 10ply, They seem to have good reviews. I have no complaint with the wranglers but michelins have a better review. I would like to hear the good or bad from people that have experience with michelins. Thanks
