King Pin Issues

Summary, Every time I accelerate from a stop or apply the brakes firmly I here a popping sound (like something is loose and moves then come in contact with somethine solid) coming from the Montana. I believe its coming from the connection between the trailer and truck.

My setup. On the trailer is a Moryyride King pin with an Anderson Kingpin to gooseneck adaptor. On the truck is a gooseneck 2 5/16" Ball in the factory gooseneck hitch with Attached Anderson 24K adaptor.

I've checked all of the visible bolts and set screws, all are tight. I removed the anderson adaptor from the trailer hitch and it appears to be fine.

I'm at a loss as how to proceed. Any suggestions are appreiated.
