For the time being, take a sponge with the toughy side and lightly stroke over the edges, like sanding wood.
Just keep stroking all the edges and it look much much better.
Do not paint over the decals. Trouble awaits if you do.

I am the original owner of a 3475--2006 year. Lots of functional upgrades repairs--new TV's last summer in Colorado, new microwave also, wet bolts, new vinyl flooring in main area, rewelded spring hangers on frame. Now for cosmetic--yes had all decals stripped by RV shop in South Texas. Replaced with graphics from Amazon--forgot who! So, it sure looks better and really works very well! It is a similar story as others have posted about keeping a Montana for 18+ years! We average about 4000 miles per year towing including an Alaska trip in 2007 of about 10000 miles towing.
