Cooking Tips for Tiny Kitchens

Ever feel like the propane oven and stove are intimidating? Use an electric skillet or your crockpot but need a change? How about that Instapot, tired of that one, too? What about eating healthier when the fridge and cupboards are only a few feet away staring at you calling your name?

Living in an RV does have its challenges, but cooking does not have to be one of them. Even with limited storage space, cooking can still be an enjoyable experience. In this class, you will learn how to make nutritious meals and save money while on the road.

Class presentation will be by our local County Extension Virginia Parici who works through Purdue University. She will have demonstrations and handouts to keep us MOCers in tip-top health!

Class cost is just $1 to cover the printing of handouts. Please pay on packet pickup day at the craft table or you can also pay at the door when you arrive.
