Filling freshwater tank using winterizing port.
Take 5 gal bucket of freshwater. Connect a pickup hose to the winterizing port (sometimes you have to use 2 washers to make a good seal). Put the open end into the bucket of water. The bucket must be level to or higher than the winterizing port. Turn winterize valve to "ON". Connect the shower hose to city water connection. Turn "Normal flow/Fill" valve to "Fill". Turn water pump on and open cold water side of shower. Water will draw from 5 gal jug go thru shower hose into city water connection right into tank.

You can also fill the freshwater tank through the drain valve at the bottom. I added a garden hose valve.

Also get an inline garden hose water meter. I know from empty (water pump cavitation) to full, running out the vent at the back, it takes 42 gallons.

Somewhere in the rear of your rig there is a U shaped plastic piece (kind of an oval with the bottom cut off), probably dark grey, that lifts up and the overflow is under it. If it's not on the drivers side rear then it's on the back. It's open on the bottom and if you snap it off by lifting up you'll see the overflow under there.

Someone posted in another thread just in last 2 days about this. Their overflow is actually under the tank in the rear near the drain hose. Haven't seen this myself tho.

A recent thread on this same topic: Click here.

Brian_S responded to me in a private message. This is what he said (edited of course):

.... Just curious what you found out, if you don't mind sharing.

Thanks,

Yes. It is just above the frame. Same location towards the rear that you’d expect to see it but they didn’t bring all the way to the outside wall by the plug. ... Now, to use it or see it I have to crawl on the ground and under the unit. But it does at least overflow!
