treating inner wiper seals

I have seen a lot on using baby powder or silicon spray or other conditioners. However, no one explains how to actually treat the inside of the outer seal and the outside of the inner seal. Not talking about the bulb seals here.
Thanks for any suggestions

I use 3-in-1 RV Rubber care on a rag and wipe the seals. If you soak the rag liberally, then carefully pull back the wiper seal, you can run the rag down the seal getting both sides at the same time.

My inner seals are really hard to get at. I just spray them where I can reach but have never been able to access the outer side of the inside seals.
