Their website quotes $850, but I do not know if that includes install, which their site estimates that it will take 5 hours. I do not believe installation is included in that price. Sounds like a second career for OZZ, though.

I can see overnight parks charging lots more $$$ in cold weather if that takes off.

Yep, the owner of the company and I talked about it, he sends me customers that want it installed, I guess I am one of his certified installers.
The problem is the amount of labor required to install one, at this stage of my business career, I am making $100 an hr, so for me to install one, it is just too costly.
If you charged $30 an hr. it might work. But you would have to have a shop to pull in the rig, (ideally) and the shop costs at RV repair places are around $100.
The first one or three installs would take a while, maybe after that they would be quicker.
I like the system, I think he has a winner, but the only way to make it feasible, is for it to be done at the factory.
For those of you that are ordering: Order a two stage furnace, and this product. that would be a winner.

I do see many parks going to metered electric. Kind of kills the savings, huh.

Ozz....thanks for the info. Until the campgrounds catch up with technology, one could save a few bucks and propane hauling. Do some units already have a two-stage furnace and if they do, how can you identify them?

Most Campgrounds with metered electric don't put you on the meter until you pay by the month. I have never had to pay for electricity until I went by the month...
