Level Up Display Problem

On my last trip, the touchpad display on my level up system went blank. When I power it up, the back light comes on, but no characters in the display. Everything else still works and I was able to use the system because I know the basic key strokes. Power cycling did not change anything. Has anyone seen this problem?

Wondering if there is a contrast setting that went bad. I checked the level up manual, no help.

Looking for options before I order a $300+ touchpad.

Yikes, I don't believe there is any screen view settings. Silly question but have you power cycled the controller?

Yes. Powered the touchpad off/on, no help. Then I shut off all DC to the RV, no change.

You can try removing the touch screen panel and on the backside you will find a single cable plug that connects to the control panel..remove the plug and the reinstall it to reseat

This May or may not help but at this point you have nothing to loose before buying a new panel

Check with LCI customer service. They replaced my free of charge including NDA when mine went out on the way to the rally 2 years ago.

Scott I had this happen when I first got my rig they had to replace the whole board. You can try to reset it by unplugging it from the back wait 30 sec then plug back in and see if that works. other wise i think you may need to get a new board.

Problem cleared while troubleshooting. Unplugged cable connector, plugged back in and it works even though several previous power cycles did not help.

Could have been as simple as a bad connection. Glad it's working.
