Replacing the oven!

I love baking… this one in mine is horrible!
What would it take to replace it with one that works either better or runs on electricity?

I have a 2013 keystone Montana
Gas range and oven with a three burner top

We have Furrion 3 burner cooktop and decent size oven in our unit. DW says it is difficult to control temps in the oven (she has same complaint about our whirlpool gas oven in the S&B).

I goggled "high quality rv ovens" and these articles came up...probably a good place to start research.

FWIW...they put Wolf two-burner cooktops in Newell Motorhomes...so for $2.5 million coach you get a $1400 cooktop...but do Newell owners actually cook inside the coach?

Hi,
FWIW, we removed the stove top and oven during our remodel. Though the DW doesn`t do much baking, she opted for an induction burner and a Ninja Foodie. Meatloaf, etc., turn out as delicious as the oven i the sticks and bricks.
