Canadian border requirements

We will be leaving Yellowstone NP in early July and towing our Montana 3611 to Homer, Alaska. I'm getting conflicting info on what we can take across the border into Canada. We will be in Alaska for a few months thus would like to take ample food supplies. Has anyone already experienced this that could give us some advice on what to expect at the border? In addition, we are planning on bringing back some fish but don't how much if any we can transport thru Canada on our way home. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
