Recent upgrades

Just put the rig in today to add 2 AGM 6V batteries for a total of 6, and a 3000W whole house
inverter charger, all GoPower to go with 530 watt panels on roof. Can't wait to get out there. We also have a 4000W starting, 3500W running portable gene for back up. Think that should do it . What do y'all think? Love to hear comments. Want to see you out there. Randy & Beth

Sounds like you should have a decent solar system and it is always nice to have the generator for backup. I was going to use the AGM batteries (2-6V) on my unit but the battery store discouraged me. His reasoning in the event of a failure is the aspect of finding an AGM battery in nowhere city/town USA might be a bit of a struggle. With six batteries you are always able to drop back to four in the event of a failure.
Happy and safe roads to you.

Tom Marty

So did you stick with lead-acid? Etrailer will get stuff to you quickly if you're in a pinch.
