Propane problem

I have replaced the propane regulator and now I have propane from Each tank going into and out of the regular, but it is not going to any of the appliances. ????

Could be a lock out situation. Turn off both tanks, unhook lines from both tanks, re-connect both lines to tanks, then SLOWLY turn on each tank...so slowly you wonder if you will fall asleep before getting it done.

In addition to that, let it run for a long time before you decied it's not there. When you changed the regulator a lot of air got in the line and will have to be pushed out. Propane is heavier than air so it will run out when you open the line, and air will rush in.

Even when traveling and keeping tanks hooked up and on, it still takes me several seconds to propane to the stove. I usually do that to make sure the water heater and furnace have (a chance at) propane.
