I think a change is going to be made in the way we schedule our 15 minutes with a tech. I don't want y'all to think I am ignoring you. As soon as I get instructions from Rick, I will start posting a schedule. He thinks it would be better to assign tech visits by parking area, rather than having them run from one end of the fairground to the other and back

Werners har happy however it is done. We just have a couple of issues. The wardrobe doors are buggered up and the fridge door.

We have been scheduled since June for repairs at Keystone for a week prior to the rally. They told us that was how they were handling repairs this yr.
Imagine our dismay when we called in a couple of days ago to confirm our repair list and were told that our appt. had been cancelled and we would have to go thru the tech. We def have more than 15 min of repairs

Phil and Janie-- The Techs coming to your rig during the Rally will not be doing any repairs. They will only be seeing what the problems are and then either schedule you into the Service Center or possibly sending you to a dealer that can handle the repairs or problems or they may not be able to help you at all but they do try.

FOR ALL THOSE SIGNING UP FOR THE 15 MINUTE TECH SESSIONS-- THE TECHS DO NOT DO ANY WORK WHILE AT THE 15 MINUTE APPOINTMENT they only talk to you and write up any problems that you may have. They then go back and talk to the Service Reps and see what can be done for you. DO NOT EXPECT EVERYTHING TO BE TAKEN CARE OF THAT MIGHT BE WRONG WITH YOUR UNIT ALSO!! THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BE A REFERB TOTAL REPAIR PROGRAM!!! Keystone does what they can for you BUT do not expect to have a NEW RIG if and when they work on your unit!!!

Last year the Keystone Tech told me to take it back to my dealership service for slide adjustments. I told him I would not do that - because taking it to them would mean be without my trailer for no less than two months. And that I use my trailer at least two weeks every month. They authorized my independent RV tech to do the adjustments with their instruction how to do it.

Seems to me, if they had an appointment for repairs to be done th week PRIOR to the rally, they should still have their appointment. That's separate from the rally. Is this normal? I think I would be more than a little frustrated.
