Ft. Bragg, CA to Sacramento Best Route

Currently in Mckinleyville, CA. Going to Ft. Bragg, and nervously anticipating the drive south on Highway 1 from Leggett.

The question is what's the best route home? The choices are highway 20 from Ft. Bragg to Interstate 5 or highway 128 to 101 to 37 to Interstate 80. Towing 33 foot Montana with F250.

Thanks in advance for your guidance.

Your a better man than me, pulling a 5th wheel from Leggett to Fort Bragg on Hwy 1. I know it's doable, but not for me. I took Hwy 128 out of Fort Bragg and it was a walk in the park after the drive from Leggett. I was not pulling a trailer at the time. have a great trip.
