HAVC problem 2022 3813MS

We just bought a 3813MS Legacy with In - command, last night the system went down and now the HAVC will not work, the zone temp shows -F only.
Have tried to rest system and that is the only issue we have found so far.
All three zones show the same on the zone temp part.

First, welcome to the forum!

Try taking all power off your rig including disconnecting the batteries for a few minutes. This will reset the in-command if it is an in-command issue.

That you, pulling all power worked, had tried resetting in-command in the bay and at the control.
