2013 3750FL no 120 volt power for bedroom television

Cant seem to locate where or what feeds the 120 volts to the black SO cord that feeds the power for this closet slide out. Is there a known junction box somewhere ?

Anyone had this problem ? New to board today.

Thanks

I don't have this model, but Montana usually runs power to the slide out from under the RV at the rear edge of the slide. There will be a junction box either under the corner of the slide or under the coroplast. Look for the flexible support that carries the wires and follow them.

Different model, but for our bedroom slide (Schwintek) the 120vac receptacles mounted on the slide bedroom wall the junction box is under the bed under the plywood. Remove 3 screws remove the 4th one (not all the way) and use it to lift the plywood sheet.
The reason I am saying this is you mention the TV is on the bedroom slide.

The 3750FL has 2 bedroom slides. This is the closet slide (right hand rear) which contains the outlet and cable tv jack (I think it’s amplified). Under the slide (viewed outside below, under the slide) I can see the flexible black “SO”(could be SOJ) cord for power. Yet when I remove the outlet from the wall, it looks like white romex. I guess there must be junction boxes everywhere…

There is one inside the trailer frame to convert from romex to flexible wire and then one inside the slide out to convert back to romex.

Yup, one of those Molex 19045 connectors

A wiring defect from whomever did the connections within this plug. I found it. I’ll post photos once I figure out how to do that on this site.

A reminder it’s always better to shut off the breaker before one sticks their arm through all that metal and wraps their hand around the exposed burned wires…

I did that too…

LOL That's always a great way to start the morning. Better than any caffeine kick to get you going.

Got myself some nice burns at the base of my thumb and back of my arm. Did I mention my electric contractors license… my brain was obviously somewhere else. Can’t figure out how to post or attach a picture

The TV is 12 volt. The cigarette adapter and plug is located in the furthest right hand door on the wall next to the booster.
