Bike Rack in Rear of 5ver

I recently purchased a 2013 3582RL. It is currently in storage for the winter and I won’t have access to it until spring. I would like to install a bike rack at the rear of the trailer when we travel. However, this particular model does not have a receiver. I would like to extend the frame and add a receiver to the extension. Can anyone tell me what would be involved in doing this? Is the frame exposed underneath to make the job easier? Any other considerations? The bike rack is about 35lbs. plus 2 bikes so it wouldn’t have to support a huge load. Any advice would be appreciated.
