North American Fall Rally - Audio Visual Volunteers Needed

We are looking for several volunteers to act as 'Technical' assistants to help presenters get set up with Audio/Visual connections during the workshops and presentations portion of the Rally.

This involves making sure the microphones provided by the Fairgrounds have fresh batteries and are working in each room as well as helping presenters get their computer connected to the large TVs (usually just connecting HDMI cables).

If you have any experience setting up audio/visual connections (i.e. plugging in HDMI cords) for either your own presentations or for others we would love to hear from you.

I think I've emailed each of you individually as well. Please watch for additional information a few days before the start of the Rally. Once we have access to the facilities I will be able to provide more information on what we need to do and how we can divide up the tasks.
