Beautiful 2011 36' Montana High Country 323RL set up as a Luxury Condo for 2 people. Non-smoker/no pets. Our fifth wheel has been very well cared for. It looks like a new RV. Tires are 2 years old with only 7,000 miles use. 2 new AGM batteries. New Tropi-Cool roof coating and new front A/C unit. It's a beautiful get-a-way home for 2 people! For the past four years it has been a wonderful winter home for us in AZ. The original owners were a couple in their 70's who used it as a lake house in Wisconsin and didn't move it at all, so it has not been towed much. We're only selling to move down to a Class B RV. It's a great solid RV with no problems. Queen size mattress not included in sale. $20,000 OBO.

2013 Chevy 3500HD in excellent condition is also available. Runs perfect with new tires and batteries.

After X amout of time you can no longer edit your post. And since it's been months, no can do.

The forum allows you to modify your Post for a relatively short time. After that, no bueno. The Mods can change that setting so you can subsequently update the Post. The problem is that kind of update does *NOT* make the revised Post appear as "updated" (Bold Font in the Title) in any of the Recent Threads, Today's Posts, or normal forum displays. Consequently, no one else will know of the change.

We can change the setting so you can update, or we can do the update. But in either case, I recommend you make a new Post to the Thread saying the has been a change and to look at Post #1.

Send a Private Message, aka PM (not an email - whatever that is) to the Site Team if you would like assistance with Posts or whatever.
