Trailer Saver Hitch deflating mid-tow

Have a Trailer Saver BD3 hitch to tow my 42' Montana High Country. It's a used hitch. We've gone several thousand miles on it with no issue, then upon arrival at our last destination we noticed the airbags on the hitch were flat. They seem to air up with no problem, but after a couple hours of driving, noticed the airbags were flat again. Could there be a leak? Can that be fixed?
