Look at that shine

Not bad looking for a 17-year-old RV.

Awesome! Haven't washed mine in a couple months now. Been using it too much. I think mine "might" still have a shine under all the top coat of dirt!

Yours looks great!

That looks amazing. I'm also interested in what products other than elbow grease you used.

I have seen Greg's rig and the pictures don't do it justice. It is spectacular.

I do not do it myself. I have a gentleman, that lives at that RV Park I was staying at do it.
He does the work by himself. He brings his own water, which is purified, so it leaves no spots. I will check with him, on what he uses and post it.

Thanks for the quick feedback Greg. I have the Chemical Guys products on order. I have filtered and softened water too, though I normally bypass softener when washing cars and RV; I'll leave it on next time.

Your trailer looks gorgeous. Did your guy use a polisher on your rig?

When I had the new graphics put on. My graphics guy stripped the trailer. I then had a company come out and buff out the trailer. Then graphic guy came and put the new graphics on. Now the guy that does the work, does it by hand.

Great looking job, looks better than new. I was looking to get my 3121RL detailed after our 3 month journey across country. I have been told the a product “POLIGLOW” would be a good option, does anyone know anything about this product? It appears to be used on fiberglass boats and delivers very high shine.

In 2012 my Alpenlite 29RK was suffering from oxidation. I compounded and worked it to be clean but the gloss was gone. I had read about a floor product from Lowe’s to apply (maybe polyglow don’t recall). It looked great at first but the glow was short-lived. I think once you go polyglow - you have to keep applying it. I sold that RV before I had to worry about another coat.

be careful with Poliglow once you get it on you have to use a special product to get it off

I seem to remember Poliglow was a hot topic a few years back and then it wasn't Something about it turns yellow after a while and it is difficult to remove. Do a Google search before you get too far down the road.
