Our 2018 5th wheel has been holed up at the dealership awaiting repairs since April. It just occurred to me that we never had the opportunity to put any kind of preservative on the Thomas Payne couch and theater seats. The temps here in MA have been in the high 80's, which means it probably has reached over 100 degrees in our closed up RV. Does anyone know, or from experience know, what those temps could do to those pieces of furniture? Don't know for sure if they are real leather or not. Your feedback would be appreciated.

Wmass, I don't think it will cause any harm. This is our second Montana that we have stored in AZ during our summers at 110 degrees. I saw no difference in the leather. When you do get it back, just rub in some leather conditioner and you will be good.

If the furniture is the same bonded leather that came with our last unit, you will end up replacing eventually. Hopefully yours is better.

Basically the bonded leather is going to start coming apart after a couple of years no matter what you do, unless the new stuff is better than the old.
