North American Fall Rally Building Touch Up Volunteers

The main rally building will be used for seminars and meals as well as other things. It will need to be touched up at the end of each day. Anna and I are in charge of coordinating the touch up crew(s). This will consist of checking out the building before lock up at the end of each day so it is ready to go in the morning. Chairs need to be put back in place and trash taken out. This should not take long at night with a good group of volunteers. We will need six to eight volunteers to help out at the end of each day. Usually, it doesn’t too take long. It’s never super late. Most days lots of people help to clean up, pick up and help with the extras. Our MOC community is awesome.
It’s almost like just refreshing up the place. 😊
