Samsung French Door, model: RF18HFENBSR/AA Water Issue

We noticed that our crisper's had water in them and also underneath of them on the bottom of the refrigerator. After much research we ordered a drain tube kit. After "carefully" using a hair dryer on low heat and low air, coupled with letting it sit for 8-10 hours or so, we completed the replacement of all the drain tube parts, we restarted the refrigerator. The refrigerator cooled to temperature of 34 degrees, but the freezer would only cool to 41-43 degrees. There were NO error codes on the control panel. I was puzzled as the refrigerator and freezer worked fine before doing drain tube work, but afterward it didn't. Here is what ultimately got the freezer working again: (1) I put the unit into DIAGNOSTIC MODE by holding the "Power Freeze" and "Power Cool" buttons simultaneously for about 15-30 seconds. In my case it showed just a dash indicating no further error(s). (2) I then put the unit into DEMO MODE by holding the "Freezer" and "Power Freeze" buttons, then held them again to take it out of DEMO MODE. over the course of the next 2-3 hours my freezer got down to -2 degrees, WHALAH it works. We moved campgrounds the next day and I had to do the same procedure again as the Freezer was not getting down to temperature.

I don't have an answer as to why this works, or why I have had to go through this procedure when we move campgrounds, but it works for us. It is like we are resetting or rebooting our electronic control system.
