Cooperstown New York recommendation

Anybody have a favorite campground around the baseball hall of fame?

We had a chapter campout here:
Hartwick Highlands Campground, 131 Burke Hill Road, Milford, NY 13807 United States
Wasn't a bad park and big sites and only a few miles from Cooperstown.

We stayed at Cooperstown Beaver Valley Cabins and Campsites, but I have to be honest in that it was only an overnight stop for us. Believe it or not, we were not visiting "Cooperstown." We were just passing through New York on our way back from New England.

But let me say more positively, we love New York State and consider it a very beautiful part of this country.

And Beaver Valley was fine for us.

We stayed at DoubleDay campground at Cooperstown last fall. Nice place. I think it is PPA one too. You will like Cooperstown and the Hall of Fame Museum.
