IS is obviously the best but out of by budget.
Agreed....
The Sumo springs obviously don't help with rebound but I'm convinced they have helped with cushioning spring compression as well as lateral roll. Don't wish to jinx myself, but have yet to find a piece of loose trim anywhere after a trip. I'm going to stick with our current setup.

Maybe they work

I installed these more than several years ago.
America's interstate and other roads have enough VERY bad spots I'm not sure how much better they are...
But should be an improvement....
They have managed to take out (bust) several wet bolt grease zerks..
But half the time the wet bolts don't take any grease so I don't worry about it.

Slipper Springs w shocks

We installed the slipper spring with shocks from Roadmaster at the same time

We have a rear kitchen 295RKD. Before the swap we could not carry anything in the fridge while traveling. Now we just load it as you normally would and everything stays put

Not sure which helped more, the shocks or the axle springs not tied together

You can install any shock kit from any manufacturer and it may at best Stop a little bouncing, but you're still dealing with the hundreds of years old horse and buggy suspension which tends to destroy itself over time. Springs break, bolts break, shackles break, Welds break.
With some more ride independent system none of that stuff is even possible

Roadmaster Shocks and slipper springs

I put the shocks and slipper springs on our 2019 3121 and I think it helps. It is the least expensive IS system out there. All I know is, I leave my cowboy hat on the top of the coffee cabinet and its still there when we arrive. Before it would be on the floor. stuff in the cabinets ride better as well. I would do it agin to the next trailer. I also put an air ride pin box on this trailer. Our last trailer had a frame flex crack at the bedroom slide. I did these mods to soften the ride. I will do all three to our next trailer as well.

One more step if you want to spend more $$ air ride on the truck. I like mine takes more punishment off of the trailer & passengers.

Running Sumo Springs on the MHC, as well as a Goosebox up front. We had been extremely happy with that setup until rolling westbound on I-30 out of Little Rock last trip. Not a pleasant experience. Have since installed Firestone Ride-Rite bags on the truck but haven't towed with them yet. I'll need to find the sweet spot for psi on the trip to Goshen. Thinking I'll start at 60 psi and adjust accordingly from there.

I too was very interested in the Morryde independent suspension. After extensive research, I found an alternative solution. I installed Lippert Center Point by Trailair Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade about a year ago from etrailer for $1817.00. The same thing is selling today for $1479.00. It took about 6-7 hours to install by myself from start to finish. I must say the ride is way better and nothing moves or falls and the tow vehicle and trailer feel like one solid unit now while traveling down the road.

How would you adjust alignment?

Video from etrailer explains alignment. Basically, there are shims you can install for adjustment.
