2015 3611RL kitchen slide problem

We purchased this unit new and the kitchen slide has always squeaked and slightly quivered when going in or out. After a long trip from Oklahoma to Yellowstone and on to Alaska and back the slide refused to go in or out on the forward end. The rv repair facility replaced a gear and now it does go in and out but still squeaks very loud. The gear packs appear to be heavily lubricated. Can anybody tell me what I can do about this or is it normal. We will be thankful for any advice. Thanks

I know this isn't a good answer right now, but I would take it to the fall rally and let Keystone figure it out. We had a situation like that on our 2010 and they took the slide out and cut the hole a little bigger. After that we had six years with no issues.

If your slide out is hydraulic then follow this PDF... do it on all gear packs. And make it a yearly item for preventative maintenance..
