In our 2015 rig we had the MaxxFan control boards which were the v1 type and were prone to several failures. I have replaced both the bathroom and kitchen control boards with the new v2 boards. I now carry a spare just in case. They have worked as designed ever since. Google search will give you the part number to order. The rain sensor is just a switch.
