Item #1: Recliner needs repair/replacement. Left side recliner function is intermittent (works 15% of the time); right side heating element does not work at all.
Item #2: Wet bolts--4 of them will not take grease. I've attempted to rotate them but cannot move them-afraid of breaking them or my arm. Assistance/advice appreciated.
