Harvest Hosts

We became members of Harvest Hosts and after they merged with Boon Dockers joined it also. We left home Aug 6th and have stayed at 11 locations. Some were ranches, farms and country living locations. Met many wonderful people, had electric hookups at most locations we stayed at and enjoyed many of the products available for purchase too. Great way to travel across our country and enjoy meeting many wonderful people too. A special thanks to the American Legion Post 639 in Springfield, MO. Spent 9 wonderful days there and met so many friendly people it was almost like home.

Quick question.
Did you stay at the American legion post in Springfield?

Ok lots of questions...
Was it through Harvest Hosts or are you a member of the American Legion and do they allow this at all their locations?
The reason I'm asking is there is one a few doors down from my brother in St Louis. If they did allow overnight camping/boondocking this would be a fantastic option. Maybe I should call them?

I found the location thru HH and reserved one night. After arrival while checking in I was asked how long I wanted to stay and decided right then for the entire time I was visiting my daughter in Springfield. I am not a member of the American Legion. I did check to see if the St Louis area had any American Legion locations listed on HH or BD's and found none.

I'll give the one near my brother a call tomorrow.
Thanks
