Battery removal

Just for good measure. What is the process for disconnecting and removal of the batteries with Jaboni Flex Solar on 2021 Montana? Can I just shut off the controller at the remote panel?

Thanks
Jim

I have read,
Always disconnect your solar panels first from the controller, then disconnect the battery.
Before disconnecting, take Pictures. Label your wiring.

Remember, the wires from the solar panels are always live. You will need to cover the ends.

Thanks for the reply Daryles. I was sure that was the answer I would get but hoping for the lazy way out.

Jim
I installed SAE connectors going into the MPPT and a circuit breaker on the solar panel side.

Wow.....they need a bigger label! I didn't know that. I can't believe there is not a QD. What would happen if you left the solar connect? Is it the shock factor?

Daryles........is that in a manual? What can happen if I do not disconnect the MMT controller prior to replacing batteries?
