Long Round Canister thingy?

We have a 2020 Montana 3740fk. What the heck it that long round canister thingy attached to the outside of the drop frame on the driver side (up front under the front storage compartment)? It has a screw on cap on each end.

Fishing pole carrier but most folks put a section of their sewer hose there :-)

I just got down there and opened one end, and sure enough, there was a dump hose in there. Guess I could have looked first.

I just bought the Montana from a private party about a week ago and am still figuring thing out.
