Montana 381TH (2018) window outside seal question

Wanted to reach out to see if anyone else has had to replace the outside rubber seal on windows on the front slideout on Montana 381TH? When you open the window and from the inside look at the top outside corner of the window the rubber seal has separated. I have 2018 model but assume that most models around that year have the same window.

After calling Keystone and Lippert and researching Trekwood I think I have the correct part number to order but wanted to see if anyone else has done this and can confirm my research.

From what I found the window is a 3000 FVSE 48X22 (3000 Series Bonded Window) Window Part #V000341414

Lippert says the seal tape I need is part# 302814 (.375 X .312 EPDM W/TAPE) Also has RM27541-1 in the description.

Just wondering if anyone else has ordered this from Lippert and can confirm this part # or any other input would be appreciated.
