The Floor In Front Of The Slide Out Sqeaks

We have a 2018 3820 FK and the floor in front of the slide out sqeaks. I got under the slide out and looked at the plastic type covering on it has several cracks in the plastic covering on the bottom of the slide. I am wondering if anybody else has had this problem and what is causing it? Our Monty doesn't move, we leave it on our RV lot all year in Montana.
