Basement doors

Does anyone know who makes the basement doors. I am having problems with one that opens side to side. There is a small plastic plug at the bottom of the hinge that is damaged which allows the door to drop down and rub on the opening. I have talked with the service manager at my dealer and his answer was to replace the whole door unit. Seems a little stupid for a 5 cent piece of plastic. Parts manager was also no help. Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Dennis
