Rich,

Recommend you use the search function to learn more on removing the coroplast.

Here is one that might help. https://www.montanaowners.com/forums...ad.php?t=76576

Just remove theTex screws and the coroplast will drop right down.

1/4" driver in a drill. Drill in reverse. Pry down under the washer. The nail will come right out.

To put it back up, 1" #12 self tapping bolts and a drop of locktite on the threads.
Use the same washers that you took out.

On his 2009, he will have TEKS screws that should have a 3/8" hex head, and either washers or some other metal under the screw heads. On our 2012, they are #14 X 1" screws.

Pneumatically driven nails!

My 2019 3330 had to drop the coroplast this summer. It was attached to the metal with pneumatically driven nails into the I beams and other metal beams. The dealer told me they use an air hammer/chisel to knock the heads off and replaced them with self tapping screws. The dealer service department told me the factory started using pneumatically driven nails awhile back.
