2023 295RL water leak

Well....

I opened the shade for the front window in the bedroom and it was full of water.

Never opened the shade before. Not sure where it was coming from. Had the RV washed when we got to Florida and they use a pressure washer. They did a routine check of the roof and didn't see anything before they washed it. We got plenty of rain in Florida Jan and Feb.

Anyone else have this problem?

I don't use pressure washers. Too much of a chance of driving water where it should not be.

Agree on the pressure washer. You might look at the seam around the window frame. Use a good silicone caulk along the top and down the sides of the window frame on the outside. I have used Lexel clear with good results.

I used the "Google Search - MOC" at the top right of the page and entered "front window leak" and got 444 results. You should try the same search and read thru several of the threads for ideas. My front window has never leaked. We do get condensate in the winter. I lay a towel across the bottom of the tray...no big deal for me.

I had a third-party wash our RV and they used a pressure washer. I had water in several interior spaces I never imagined could happen. That was the last RV wash with a pressure washer.

Other matter could be the seal around the window. Make sure you have chalk around the upper edge of the window trim.

Best of Luck
