3901RK towing question

Happy new year to all.
We have been contemplating switching to the 3901RK. I am curious about how it travels down the road. With the kitchen in the rear, I would assume that by the time you get to the next stop, everything in the kitchen cabinets would be in disarray. What is your experience for those that have one (or had one)?
Of course we would get it with IS and disk brakes.
