I have a 2012 Montana high country the landing gear and slides will only work with remote control if I try to put a new 30 amp fuse it blows as soon as it makes contact. Any suggestions??

What 30 amp fuse? Can you post a picture?

Posting pictures on the MOC isn't too difficult once you know the process. Lots of members do just that. Be sure to take the photo in Landscape mode.

Go to https://www.montanaowners.com/forums...ad.php?t=70323 and read posts #8 and #25.

If you upload the pictures to the MOC, subsequent viewers can blow them up to a larger, more viewable size. And you will avoid the problem where the picture hosting site decides to no longer allow web forum access (Tinypic, Photo Bucket, etc.)

I once blew three of those fuses before I realized I had not loosened the tightening screws on my front stabilizers.

Change out the fuse.

I sold my 2013 Montana but, I changed out the fuse to a sixty amp breaker with reset button. The manufacturer for the side out said that it can pull up to 80 amps. Before I changed the fuse my kitchen slide out would stop half way in then would trip the fuse, it would automatically reset after 20 seconds. I purchased one on Amazon. Never had a problem after I changed the fuse.

Good luck.
